Jef Hill Reserve is not a package.
There is no menu of activities to choose from, because the whole point is that we do not know yet what your occasion needs.
It is a person — a Reserve Host — assigned to you the day your booking is confirmed, whose job for the next few weeks is to understand what you are actually trying to create and then quietly build it.
How it works
Five steps, none of which are yours

The call
Within a couple of days of confirming, your Reserve Host gets in touch to arrange a consultation call. It opens with the only question that matters: what does a perfect stay look like for your group? You describe it. They listen before they suggest anything.

The design
Occasion, dietary needs, ages, tensions, surprises, budget. Your Reserve Host drafts an itinerary and a shortlist of the people who would make it happen, and sends it to you.

The coordination
Two to three weeks out, everything is confirmed — chefs, caterers, decorators, musicians, entertainers, photographers, guides, wellness practitioners. We take no commission, no markup and no referral fee from any of them. The recommendation you get is simply the one we would give a friend.

The arrival
Welcome basket in place. Card written. Refreshments ready. Fire laid and waiting. Your House Hosts already briefed on the plan, so nobody has to explain anything twice.

The stay
Your Reserve Host stays across the whole thing — and if a vendor is late, or plans change, or somebody’s surprise needs moving to Sunday, that is theirs to solve, not yours.

The things that need somebody in charge
Surprise proposals. Sixtieth birthdays where the cake has to arrive at exactly the right moment. Weddings. Corporate offsites with a facilitator and a chef. Wellness weekends with a sound healer at the waterfall. Anniversary dinners set up under lights by the pool. Reunions where somebody has flown eleven hours and the fridge should already have their drink in it.

- Vendors are recommended for guest convenience only
- Availability is never guaranteed
Which means every recommendation your Reserve Host makes is simply the honest one. We have nothing to gain from you choosing one caterer over another, and we never will.
