How we handle your information

Discretion is not a policy here. It is the product.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and host your stay: your name, your contact details, your dates and group size, and what you have told us about the occasion you are planning.

How it is used and shared

We use it to reply to you, prepare your quotation and look after your booking. The enquiry form sends your message to us by email through our website and email providers, and bookings are managed in our own booking system.

We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing. Where we coordinate vendors on your behalf, we share only what is necessary for them to do their job.

We do not publish guest names, photographs or details of any stay without explicit permission. We do not confirm or deny whether any particular person has stayed at the property.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other sites.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, at any time by writing to [email protected]. We keep enquiry and booking records only as long as we need them to host your stay and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
