We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and host your stay: your name, your contact details, and what you have told us about the occasion you are planning.

We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing. Where we coordinate vendors on your behalf, we share only what is necessary for them to do their job.

We do not publish guest names, photographs or details of any stay without explicit permission. We do not confirm or deny whether any particular person has stayed at the property.

You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by writing to us.

Before launch: this page should be reviewed against Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and expanded with your legal adviser to cover retention periods, data processors, cookies and analytics, and the contact point for data requests.
