Most private estates make you enquire to find out the price. We think that wastes your time and ours. Here is everything.
Nightly rates
The whole estate, per night

Each rate is for exclusive use of the entire property — all 7 bedrooms, all 9 bathrooms, every common space, the pool, the waterfall, and 2 House Hosts from 8am to 8pm. There is no per-person charge on top for up to 30 guests.

Wedding example excludes catering, décor, entertainment and photography, which you arrange with vendors directly. We take no commission on any of it.
Booking
Booking and payment
- Bookings are accepted up to 6 months in advance.
- Full payment at confirmation is our standard and preferred arrangement.
- Where management approves a payment plan, the balance is due 30 days before arrival.
- Cancellation: more than 30 days before arrival, a full refund. 30 days or fewer, no refund.
- A RM2,000 security deposit is collected before or at check-in and returned in full after the check-out inspection.
We’d rather you knew all of that now than discovered it later.
Booking direct
Book with us, not through a platform
- The occasion conversation starts immediately, not after you arrive
- Jef Hill Reserve is available to you; platforms cannot sell it
- Your House Hosts are briefed on what you are marking before you get here
- Any change, any question, any complication goes to a person who can actually decide
